Drive time from Provence to the Riviera can take up to 4 hours, you can do some touring on the way to break up the journey of course, but it still involves a lot of highway driving. The same helicopter transfer takes an hour and a half and allows you to discover the stunning countryside of Provence and the Riviera. A lunchtime stop on the way is possible of course at one of the numerous gourmet Michelin starred restaurants, as well as a bit of touring during your stop.
